You can launch as many instances from as many different AMIs as you need.

    Connect your Virtual Machine via SSH using username "ubuntu"and port 22, Port 3000 should be enabled. To create your next.js app run the following commands:

    1. sudo su
    2. npx create-next-app@latest my-next-app
    3. cd my-next-app
    4. npm run dev Then to access your app : Hit on Browser: http://<Public_IP>:3000
