    Getting Started

    • Click on the "Continue to Subscribe" button.
    • Review the terms and conditions for the AMI and then click on the "Accept Terms" button.
    • Launch the AMI by clicking on the "Launch" button in the AWS Marketplace or using the EC2 Launch Wizard.
    • Choose the desired instance type and configure the necessary settings for your AMI, such as the number of instances, storage, and security groups. You need ports 22/tcp, 80/tcp, 443/tcp, and 5060/udp open to use this image
    • Review the launch settings and click on the "Launch" button.
    • Choose an existing key pair or create a new one to access your instance.
    • Launch the instance by clicking on the "Launch Instances" button.

    That's it! Your instance is now launching and should be available in a few minutes. You can access it through the EC2 instances in the AWS Management Console. You can access your new contact center solution through;
