You activate the product by supplying an existing license purchased outside of AWS Marketplace, while AWS provides the infrastructure required to launch the product.     Deploy into an existing VPC

    IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation helps to automate business operations with an integrated platform of automation capabilities. IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation offers design, build, run, and automation services to rapidly scale your programs and fully execute and operationalize an automation strategy. The platform relies on Kubernetes, an open-source application container orchestration software that makes it easier to configure, deploy, and manage containerized applications.

    Cloud Pak for Business Automation uses AWS services and features, including virtual private clouds (VPCs), Availability Zones, security groups, Amazon Elastic Block Storage, and Elastic Load Balancing to build a reliable and scalable cloud platform.

    This deployment option will deploy Cloud Pak for Business Automation environment into an existing VPC in the AWS Cloud. Please note that this automation deploys the OpenShift Container Platform cluster and Cloud Pak for Business Automation with the exception of prerequisites (i.e., S3 buckets, Route 53, directory service, and database service)

    CloudFormation Template (CFT)

    AWS CloudFormation templates are JSON or YAML-formatted text files that simplify provisioning and management on AWS. The templates describe the service or application architecture you want to deploy, and AWS CloudFormation uses those templates to provision and configure the required services (such as Amazon EC2 instances or Amazon RDS DB instances). The deployed application and associated resources are called a "stack."

    What do you like best about the product?
    Be it decision management, managing content or workflow, IBM has a suite that gives you the best combination of services and tools that could streamline your process so easily. It's error-free and compact, what else do you need for automated and easy workflow.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Since, it is fairly new, the integration of IBM is a little tricky. From our end, it requires more time than needed.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    We needed a one-stop solution to manage and assign workflow and plan things accordingly, with IBM Cloud Pak, we are now able to use its scalable tools to implement both content as well as workflow management.

    IBM cloud Pak includes (AI) tools like IBM Watson which help to automate task, personalised customer experience and developnew product and service.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    It is little bit complex to setup and manage for new business.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    It's a powerful plateform that that offers wide range of capabilities, from data management and analytics to AI and application development.
    It's built on microservice architecture which can be easily scaled and customise to meet business requirements.

    What do you like best about the product?
    - Great unified automation experience as CP4BA combines various automation capabitily under one umbrella, eliminating the need to explore multiple tools

    - CP4BA is AI powered which can analyse the process to great extend and suggest optimised solution.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    - Learning curve is steep and requires training from professional or experiences person, before actual implementation
    - Cost is bit high
    - Once started using it, it becomes difficult to migrate to other vendors
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    We have successfully automated over 200 repeative mannual task and freed up employee are utilised in other skilled task , saving time and money. We have observed 25% increase in process efficiency.

    What do you like best about the product?
    The content management is the thing I would like, it organise content at ease. I also its decision making capabilty.
    it prodived various applications and smooth communication. Its customer support is very handy.
    And its implemenation and integration is also simple and easy..
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Sometime its digitalizion of images not good although it provide intelligient capturing.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    It solves our work flow, how to orgnize the work, scheduling and help in timely delivery. it help in tracking progress of work development. It also helps in managing content, developing and wrting enterprise solution. Establishing the communication among the diverse application

    The partners in Spain are not sufficient and cost, not very afordable
