Custom support packages are available through the private offer mechanism on the AWS marketplace.

Usage instructions
Use an SSH client to connect to your instance. The username is 'clckwrk'. You will then be able to change user using the below commands;
sudo su - cwdb01 (software owner) sudo su - root
Database start/stop scripts can be found under /home/cwdb01/scripts
