Best Reliable Proxies in the web!!
What do you like best about the product?
We have an agency managing social media profiles, We struggle a lot because of a lot of fakes Proxies that lead to suspension of our clients accounts, till I found out about brightdata our process is very smooth now working with Brighdata proxies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing is little bit high, I hope they add another pricing model.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Suspension of Social media accounts.

Proxy is easier than it sounds
What do you like best about the product?
I like how close is the Bright Data service to my everyday style of work. Whether I need to test requests from a different location or collect information from programmer-unfriendly services, or my customer country is in my ISP blocklist - it is always just a few seconds from getting the result.
What do you dislike about the product?
The service is not too friendly to small users like me. It's more focused on companies and active spenders. Their services lack good free/trial periods, so to try something out, you most likely will need to spend a few bucks right from the start.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accessing APIs from different locations for my work and testing. Developing a data collection platform for my customers and investors. Researching and helping my colleagues with setting up proxies for their work.

What do you like best about the product?
Thank Oxana Novopashina for her personalized & friendly support! We're very happy with BrightData, everything works as intended :) Their servers are very fast. Oxana had everything prepared & ready for us 1 hour after our call! She's knowledgeable about BrightData's product and is able to advise us on the best way to accomplish what we wanted to do. Communication is superb. If I have any questions, she's always there to support us via Skype. Thanks again for the great service! Highly recommended.

Not much. the pricing maybe a bit pricier. but their IPs are definitely high quality.

What do you like best about the product?
We started using Bright Data around 6 months ago and it gave us a growth leap for our business. You can easily handle with services Bright Data provides even with a minimum knowledge of IT. Moreover, once you start your journey with Bright Data they immediately provide you with a manager who will assist you anytime and anywhere. Our manager Pedro Silva is one of the best managers we've ever met. He is very polite and at the same time is very professional which gives more than 5 stars. He assists us very fast in case of any troubles and provides us quick solutions for any problems. And finally, we would like to mention that Bright Data doesn't use aggressive marketing where usually companies send hundreds of trash emails every month. They will send you only important emails.

I mostly liked the customer support. Also, it's the best option for our purpose.

The service is not cheap, and we had to settle for another pricing plan instead of what we intended to in the first place.

No critical deficiencies identified. There were slight difficulties with paperwork, but the managers solved the issue quite quickly.

Quality proxy servers with fast response times and custom settings

Everything about proxies is available and crystal clear—very good and personalized support.

Very expensive. It's hard to make it profitable from a business point of view. Maybe I'm not the target market.

Bright Data helped me with my facebook business accounts when i got banned on my own ips.

Dedicated customer support, listens and address client's needs, willing to go way and above to help the client resolve their issues.

What do you dislike about the product?
I can't really think of anything right now. Since we are developers too, we first try to make-up on what we are missing right here at our side. (e.g. better monitoring and sucess rate tracking). That said, I think we could use some more of already existing monitoring tools on Bright Data dashboard, for example, to track the requests, success rate and similar, filtered by the target. Or the list of most recent error responses in the zone, again filtered by target.
