Monitoring that you can trust blindly
What do you like best about the product?
Monitoring configuration is so simple and reliable. Fault tolerant system. Ease of use the tool amazed me. Superlative monitoring features. Compatible with new technologies. Great support provided by team.
What do you dislike about the product?
User interface is complex could have been simple and user friendly, otherwise everything is perfect in this monitoring tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Server side monitoring, monitoring of system. Environmental data centre devices monitoring. Website downtime monitoring. Reporting of all the server performance.

Smooth and reliable monitoring of system
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use easy to configure. Fault tolerant system with very less down time. Reliable and super smooth monitoring. Great support provided.
What do you dislike about the product?
To me the user interfaces is Little bit complex and laggy. This can be even better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
System and server monitoring, environmental monitoring. Server uptime monitoring, site scope monitoring.

What do you like best about the product?
Consolidating data, easy to configure, dash boarding and reporting is smooth, it is highly reliable and handy. User interface is simple and well responsive

sometimes automating monitoring slips a bit, cross platform use is a bit tough i feel

IT discovering and monitoring, consolidating data, server environmental monitoring, analyzing application and website health
Nice monitoring tool provides sophisticated data collection and collates specific information.
What do you like best about the product?
In addition to consolidating performance data and metrics from multiple domain-focused collectors, OBR also collects and collates specific information on the relationships between the IT elements and the business services.
What do you dislike about the product?
it cannot be used for cross platform monitoring, integration with third party software's like Service Now, CLIP etc

We have been monitoring all aspects of our systems. We have also configured capacity report scheduling in OBR.
Main issues comes with user interface. User interface is not user friendly. Best part of the product is the performance.

It's easy to use and easy to configure, we can rely on it for all forms of monitoring, great customer support

I think cross software use is a bit difficult for this tool.

Monitoring everything through Operation Bridge with the ability to schedule reports through OBR like system utilization report, memory utilization monitoring

We have configured our infrastructure monitoring, service monitoring along with the process monitoring which is the best to set up in Ops Bridge.

Can't integrate with 3rd party products. It has the provision to integrate with only its own productys.

Report customization in Operation bridge reporter. We have scheduled the reports in OBR so it will be sent to the respective users.
