AIOps analytics, Dashboards and reporting

Limited scope for integration with 3rd party softwares.

The King of Monitoring tools
What do you like best about the product?
Automating the service discovery, OS level and infrastructure services monitoring. It also integrates with other Microfocus products.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with non Micro-Focus products.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have automated our whole monitoring structure and also been getting excellent support for any kind of issues during operation. Continuously monitor the application health and avoided any kind of SLA breach.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It can make ways for integration of out side products.

What do you like best about the product?
I liked the knowledge base they have and the prompt response. Not only that, the way the issue is handled to closure is marvelous.
What do you dislike about the product?
As per me the high priority incidence response should be lesser.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am monitoring my entire IT infrastructure along with the precision they provide. Real time response is an added benefit.
