What do you like best about the product?
Sendbird offers many of the features any chat services needs to be useful to clients and it has created SDKs and UI Kits that make utilizing it minimal engineering effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are on some of their older SDKs and the user interfaces aren't as modern as they could be. That said, their latest SDKs have very modern, pleasant user interfaces, so we look forward to upgrading!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Help clients (patients) communicate with health teams (doctors, coaches, coordinators).

What do you like best about the product?
Robust chat functionality, reliability, transparent pricing. In addition, the personal level of support we have received is the best of any vendor we work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
The technical documentation could be more extensive.

Providing scalable and highly customizable chat functionality to our clients.

What do you like best about the product?
The Sendbird team is highly responsive and always goes the extra mile to ensure our questions are answered. Our users love the product, which is obviously essential for our parnership.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I don't dislike anything about Sendbird.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sendbird is our chat platform, which allows our users to communicate with one another. We have push notifications to bring users back to the product and have introduced fun bot messages to increase engagement.

Highly Scalable Chat Solution and Excellent Customer Support

What do you like best about the product?
- Services are highly scalable to the millions of users
- We've been using chat services and we're pretty much satisfied as SendBird is able to fulfill our needs gracefully
- Chat Service content Moderation/Moderator support is awesome
- The API Documentation is well maintained
- The Integration with different Platforms using SDKs is more accessible and more customizable
- Customer support is super active and responds in time to all required concerns/queries
What do you dislike about the product?
All good, except:
- Some APIs/SDKs available on different platforms don't have the same functionality.
(i.e some functions may be available in v3 or one SDK but the same would be available in v4 of another SDK)
- The Pricing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using Sendbird for their Chat Service Solution, to create as many private chat conversation between our end users and do the moderation with a highly scalable option.

A great partner for real-time messaging services

What do you like best about the product?
The Sendbird platform has met almost all of our needs for real-time messaging in our native apps and web platform. Their SDKs are full-featured and performant. Their support team has quickly responded, fixed issues, and followed up. I have also enjoyed the partnership we have with our account team. They have not been pushy, but instead sought to understand our business needs and upgraded/downgraded our feature plans/billing packages accordingly,
What do you dislike about the product?
As with any Saas provider, one of the downsides of Sendbird is the risk of vendor lock-in. However, Sendbird does provide some helpful tools to get messages/channel data out of the platform (webhooks, advanced analytics, and data export).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sendbird is solving all the technical infrastructure problems related to real-time messaging. This allows us to focus on our core business and still have a competitive integrated messaging product in our apps.

What do you like best about the product?
Send bird is a great system to use with auditing apps. I love the communication system that they have. It helped me in my daily duties because now we don't have to manually send emails, sendbird does it for you

I don't really any problems with sendbird so I can't really say. It's working fine for me

Sendbird is solving communication problems between me and the Franchises we work with. Instead of sending communication manually, sendbird does it for you and this saves time and give opportunities to focus on other things

What do you like best about the product?
We originally used Sendbird for user-to-user chats for a feature on our website. Our launch strategy was to start with low volume and ramp up, which the Sendbird pricing plans supported well. Their out-of-the-box moderation tools were a great start for ensuring our chats are a safe space for users. The sales/account management teams were very available for questions and advice.

We also added Sendbird chatting to our mobile app, and the transition to using the React Native toolkit was seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had some confusion about how MAU was calculated originally. However, after reaching out to Sendbird, they scheduled a call for us with an account rep and one of their engineers to walk us through exactly how it was calculated and resolved the confusion for us!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a young start-up, we need an easy, out-of-the-box but customizable, cross-platform chat.

Sendbird SDK and Dashboard Review

What do you like best about the product?
The dashboards Sendbird provides are quite informative. You can track down every single user down to their every bit of information and this makes troubleshooting rather easy. The UI design of the web dashboards is intuitive and seamless to navigate through. The updated mobile SDKs have significantly improved memory profiling.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not opensource. But, that's understandable, when you try to monetize something.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sendbird provides us the option to design in-app chatting, which beyond initial integration is very easy to maintain. This saves a lot of time for developers and managers alike. It also provides the option of media storage(media and thumbnail), if you opt for it.

Sendbird - everything you have for messaging platform

What do you like best about the product?
So many things to like in Sendbird, I can mention the top 5 which is helpful for us

- The platform API's and documentation
- Standard out of the box features for users like read receipt, block/unblock, filters, search etc
- Advanced settings like profanity filter, thumbnail preview etc
- Easy way to create channels and configure the UI the way you want
- Data export and reporting
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing much to dislike as such. If you are on an Enterprise plan, most of the things are covered by default, If we find any challenges in the future I can update this review.

- We are trying to bring all the conversations between two user groups on the platform
- Increase the user engagement
- Increase the response rate of the requests and messages
