What do you like best about the product?
It is a platform that evaluates the perfomance and growth of the company through self-service tools generating specific analysis of the data and making a profitability report as this tool locates patterns in operations and best of all is that it has techical support 24/7 and within the platform that is extremely easy to handle.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the beginning let's say that the cost of service is a little high, but it is worth in its totality so far are more the benefits that TrendMiner gives us in all the follow-up of our operations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our data evaluation was lousy, now with this tool we have taken an important leap because we have stopped spending time on manual evaluation and continous monitoring of the graphs, with TrendMiner we established alerts at critical points and its self-service features has helped us a lot in wrinting reports on the data.

What do you like best about the product?
Very collaborative between teams is the most favorable virtue I have noticed since its implementation, good option to collect that many times we do not take into account at the time of an analysis, complete analysis of assets and processes this is more useful than I thought since I started using TrendMiner. Quite predictive in its performance, its monitoring tools are effective and decisive, the interface is very well polished, with quick access in the cloud or local.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints about the operation of the program, I think it has met all my expectations, at first the problems was to communicate with technical support to schedule the demo, you must request a price, I consider make calls to the company and make you a quote is the best option I could take.

We use TrendMiner to optimize our mechanical industry, its analysis help us to improve our work, when we have encountered root problems the software always finds what is causing the problem and provides the necessary solutions to solve it, it is an excellent support guide for engineers who want to do a good job, since its use has optimized our entire service in the manufacturing industry, the data provided, reports are highly appreciated by our professionals.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a tool that manages data analysis, where it is where it is responsible for locating and questioning results that are given of any type of company through a very unique alert system and where you can also gain knowledge and data with commets on internal interactions between employees or even with the same customers, being a very useful self-service tool for individual performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve is quite steep since this platform is not aimed at just anyone who wishes to implement it; certain specialized knowledge is required to be able to fully exploit the functions of this tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the technological knowledge that we have in the company we have implemented this self-service tool to analyze the data without the need of having to have a trained staff in each area that we present important problems, thus being able to greatly reduce some costs, and to use our scientists for any other task other than the analysis of data that are generated by each client that we serve daily
Advanced industrial analysis for your manufacturing company.
What do you like best about the product?
I must highlight the training offered by TrendMiner company for the use and management of their software, within our facilities we have been very satisfied with the videos, the documentation they have offered, the guide for the use and implementation, and the live webinars. On the features it has greatly influenced performance improvements on the control of the loads we handle, it is also an excellent risk management analyst, as you know in our company we work with hazardous materials that must have a good management, the analysis and planning we get from the facility has allowed us to reduce damage to the environment and delay emissions that are harmful. It is an excellent guide for a better quality manufacturing, saving costs, and generating less energy expenses, without any doubt we are very happy to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reports and statistics from the chemicals point of view are unreliable, we are in the glass industry, we use a lot of chemicals, and we have not gotten the required support in the program with these suggestions, it is an expensive program not suitable for companies that are starting in the market, the support team is supposedly available 24 hours a day, but many of their answers and solutions take a long time to be sent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We decided to implement the service mainly to reduce energy consumption in our plant, we currently commercialize 7 products that require a lot of work and effort, and I must say that it has worked very well, the yield has increased since the implementation of TrendMiner, as well as operating costs and the impact on the environment. We have seen a benefit in the risk management curve for our employees especially with the chemicals used, their analysis is highly valued by us.
Trendminor or PI processbook??
What do you like best about the product?
I use Trendminer as an alternative to the PI processbook. Trendminor is faster, good GUI, and easy to use as compared to the PI processbook. I strongly recommend Trendminor to industry specialists.
What do you dislike about the product?
More training is required to use its advanced features.
