Hootsuite Review
What do you like best about the product?
It made it really easy to schedule social content in advance, even months out. It was also very simple to go in and make changes/edit content.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I ever had with Hootsuite was the preview function not always showing an accurate preview of the social post. Specifically, when I was posting an article and the post itself would automatically generate an article teaser image, but the teaser image would not always show up in the preview feature in Hootsuite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite solved the problem of keeping our social calendar full and organized. It helped us ensure we were posting regularly, and allowed us to plan far in advance. It was especially helpful for being able to schedule posts for while I was on PTO or out of office.

Hootsuite Amplify - great tool to keep your profile top of mind
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite Amplify has been a game-changer for our company's social media strategy. The platform is incredibly user-friendly, making it easy for our employees to share pre-approved content on their personal social media accounts. This has significantly increased our reach and engagement. The integration with the main Hootsuite dashboard is seamless, and the analytics feature provides valuable insights into the performance of our advocacy efforts.
The gamification aspect keeps our team motivated and engaged, and it's great to see everyone contributing to our brand's presence online. The only challenge we've faced is ensuring consistent usage among all employees, but with some internal promotion and support, adoption has been steadily improving.

I've been using it for a couple years now and don;t have anything major to report on that account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me manage my personal social media accounts and I love the ease and efficiency of use. 5 minutes a week keep my profile active and top of mind in my industry.
Hootsuite is a quick and easy way to schedule your social media posts to all your accounts at once.
What do you like best about the product?
You can schedule your posts to all your social media accounts simultaneously, while you can customize each post according to the specs, without doing each one individually. You can click on each platform's tab, make changes as required, and then schedule a date and time. So easy, and user-friendly. You are saving time and it is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
You are limited and can't post to your Facebook groups, but only to your Facebook pages.

Hootsuite is a one-stop platform where you can post to different social media accounts all at once, without having to use a specific tool or product to post to each social platform.

Makes the job of scheduling social media across platforms easier, including native video.

What do you dislike about the product?
Whether this is a Hootsuite issue or a social media issue, connections will rarely but inconveniently fail, or there might be weird errors with no clear solution that solve on their own.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing two organizations and 3 different social media accounts per organization can be challenging. Hootsuite allows me to schedule accross different platforms, with different tones for each organizations. In addition I am able to see the analytics for both organizations in different configurations and watch any social media activity in one place.
The gold standard
What do you like best about the product?
There is a lot to like about Hootsuite. The platform is easy to use and integrate into your social media efforts. The scheduling calendar and the analytics are particularly user-friendly and provide many options. Their academy and how-to video series are also excellent.
The AI is fun to use to flesh out your ideas further and throw in some unexpected ideas, but not yet at the stage where you feel redundant.

What do you dislike about the product?
They do not offer Mastodon or Fediverse scheduling, yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have several different social platforms under 3 brands running campaigns at the same time. Hootsuite allows us to flip easily from one brand to another - and run campaigns across brands. They also offer an NGO discount which is great for us as a very small non profit.
Easy scheduling - done right!
What do you like best about the product?
As a PR person, having Hootsuite changes my social media game! Hootsuite makes it easy to schedule all my posts in one place. Great service!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downfall is when using Hootsuite on mobile while live posting, the app tends to upload photos wrong (horizontal or vertical from what I need it to be) and I have to delete and open the social app to upload there. That's disappointing.

All-in-one social media management that helps increase productivity.

The reports are my favorite, giving me insights on how my brand is performing in all platforms. The advantage is that i can easily keep a track of the industry benchmark and also keep an eye on my competitors.

Owly AI is the least helpful for me. This feature is something that I would not use for my brand, as it is healthcare related.3

Hootsuite is an easy tool to do my postings seamlessly from wherever I am, regardless of the time. Helpful for monthly meeting as the reports are generated taht efficiently.

Hootsuite allows me to schedule social posts across multiple channels well in advance and provides recommended times for posting based on past performance analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Hootsuite offered the ability to tag companies and people when scheduling posts, rather than having to manually edit the post after it's been posted.

Hootsuite allows me to plan and schedule social posts ahead of time so that I can stay organized and not have to constantly worry about posting in real time.
