Very good API and easy to use

What do you like best about the product?
It provides high email deliverability, scalability, customizable templates, and real-time analytics. It is also easy to integrate into various platforms and applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing structure can become expensive as the number of emails sent increases. It also has a limited number of customizations available for email templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I automated the sending of some operational notifications in systems that needed to provide timely warnings about things that are not going as expected and required review.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the features like Test email, preview with mock data and dynamic data list generation for real time email notifications to users.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike though, the UI can be improved to build the template and dynamic data place holders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solve the problem to send an emails updates to various users, you just need to use the template id and attache that with your code and post the request to sendgrid. The rest will be handle by sendgrid.

What do you like best about the product?
Twilio allows us to offer our clients a more comprehensive range of engagement with their customers. It is fast, reliable, and cost-effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not work in our foreign markets. We have clients in Australia, Singapore, Oman, and Great Britain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Twilio API allows us to integrate our communications into one platform while providing options and metrics.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation: SendGrid offers robust automation capabilities, allowing my team to create personalized and targeted email engagement campaigns at scale. This has saved us time and improved the quality of engagement we get from targeted customers.

A/B Testing: SendGrid's A/B testing feature allows my team to test different aspects of our email engagement plan, such as subject lines and call-to-action buttons, to determine what works best and continuously optimize our email campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
SendGrid's spam filtering is not as effective as we would like, leading to a higher rate of our marketing emails being marked as spam. Furthermore, SendGrid's user interface tends to be overly complex and overwhelming to new users , making it difficult to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Twilio SendGrid is what we are currently using to automate and send marketing messages to customers through emails. The most important benefit of SendGrid's email marketing is the ability to create personalized and unique email engagement with our customers at scale. We've leveraged Sendgrid to create complex workflows and trigger email engagements based on specific customer actions, further personalizing the engagement experiences of our customers and getting them to better interact with marketing emails, targeted at them.

API emails made easy

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use, and the template functionality is compelling. Works for single emails and bulk emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
The API does not allow you to add the same person to the TO email and CC; you'll need to do your sense checks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The template function helps us create professional-looking emails without creating coded HTML-based emails.

What do you like best about the product?
The documentation available from Sendgrid is comprehensive. We were able to integrate their API into our website quite easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
They used to have an option to BCC all outgoing emails, but since they claim that that particular feature was underutilized, they removed it from their feature set.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed an email service provider that we could use for outgoing email since Gmail/Google have daily outgoing mail limitations. We chose to go with Sendgrid since we were offered a discount/account credits due to our status of being a Startup business.

What do you like best about the product?
Sendgrid made it easy for use to offer our customers a simple way to send emails from out application. We offer a CRM with full email intergration thanks to SendGrid.
What do you dislike about the product?
The most complicated part was getting it to work with our API and getting it setup on our customer's end (our customer's arent technical so setting up the correct DNS records can be a bit complicated.) Further, i got no complaints!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SendGrid has helped us provide a safe and easy solution for our customers to send emails from our CRM. SendGrid made it also a lot easier to have a clear overview of our mail activity and how much gets opened or not.

What do you like best about the product?
Email and customization options are great. Templates are easy to use with custom sender options. Insights are also handy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Few improvements could be done on customizations interface front.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Twilio SendGrid solves our email management and delivery system. It has vastly improved our email management.

SendGrid salesforce integration

What do you like best about the product?
I have used SendGrid integration with salesforce to send emails on a particular event it is straightforward to integrate into the system and it very responsive to the change of the event
What do you dislike about the product?
On a particular event that is to update a specific field in salesforce, it is not responding so I have to send an email on the update of the whole record. I haven't found any solution to that so there are still things to update
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have to send an email whenever a specific field of a record is being changed, According to me it has been very efficient with SendGrid. It is a better solution than salesforce's email alert.

What do you like best about the product?
Very reliable and provides good stats to use that allow us to finetune our CRM program.
What do you dislike about the product?
The code editing is a bit complicated for the first few times that you use sendgrid. Once you have some templates built, it gets easier though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending mass emails and getting statistics from them.
