What do you like best about the product?
The tool has WABA integrations where we integrated the software with WhatsApp to send personalised news to our subscribers. I like the customer care team who responds to our technical questions whenever I contact them.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool is favourable for growing startups with a larger number of contacts because it is expensive as it may affect the ROI of smaller enterprises
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us in marketing automation where we use both mobile marketing, push notifications and Whatsapp campaigns to reach a wider audience of our team, it has helped us collect more leads and attract more sales in return.

What do you like best about the product?
Businesses rely on customer engagement and lead management, and one thing I like about Braze is the ability to integrity business communication like Whatsapp and lead management which has helped our brand to reach more people everyday
What do you dislike about the product?
The software is expensive to use and does not have an open pricing page to guide you for an informed decision

The software is helping us reach more clients using the push notification and mobile marketing features which is helping us reach more clients

What do you like best about the product?
drag and drop features, simplicity of campaign and canvas building.
What do you dislike about the product?
reporting function could be more developed so that you are able to compare and export more than only 5 canvases or campaigns in one go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
in most cases Braze allows us to build comms fast without having to handover the work to a third-party developer

What do you like best about the product?
The customer support and learning academy at Braze is fantastic, our account manager is very helpful and many users of Braze within our team make use of the learning academy to get to grips with the product. Braze also bringing all our customer info into one place to manage those relationships is also very useful and the reporting functionality has helped us get a better understanding of how our marketing is performing
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult to understand at first and without prior experience with CRM softwares it can be quite confusing which can impact your experience when getting started, however once you get going the tools are very intuiative. It being complicated to use also meant it took a bit longer for us to integrate into our team and can make its implementation into business processes a bit harder particularly when bringing on new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze has helped us take our marketing to the next level, whether that be through the use of automation and canvases to help re engage customers or just managing campaigns and reporting on performance. Braze has also helped us understand the effectiveness of marketing even more and allows us to reflect and test easily. The abiltiy to integrate with our internal systems has also been fantastic and has made our overall integration much easier.

Robust mix of endpoint APIs, enabling both standalone solutions and complex automations.
Strong professional service team facilitating feature adoption, ticket support, and long-term technical vision and improvements.
Commendable leadership in tech and customer success, bridging the gap between product and CRM.
Strong focus on mobile, offering excellent features for push notifications and email.
Significant improvements in dashboard reporting over the past year, particularly beneficial for brands with limited resources to explore data exporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Minimal customization offered by the dashboard and out-of-the-box product and solutions. Addressing specific requirements might take over six months.
Changes related to SCIM endpoints, Global Control Group, or specific endpoints might require months of exploration and decision-making.
Need for more in-product channels and capabilities to reduce the silos between product and CRM and synchronize communications.
Content Cards require further evolution to function more as a real estate placement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a user, Braze has been instrumental in scaling our lifecycle automation and implementing High-Value Areas (HVAs) strategies. It has enabled us to create sophisticated customer segmentation, leading to more targeted and efficient marketing campaigns. The platform's GenAI feature has been particularly useful in personalizing customer experiences. Additionally, Braze's dynamic content via APIs has allowed us to create more flexible and responsive campaigns. Overall, Braze has significantly enhanced our CRM capabilities.

What do you like best about the product?
It has a very interesting and dynamic drag and edit function. Email marketing with countless different attractions. Ease of use was a fundamental part for us to start using. we requested a test and during the test we received very positive feedback from the team that was testing. It was implemented very easily, we were able to integrate with our customer database and the support helped us carry out the process whenever we had any doubts. The initial price is very affordable
What do you dislike about the product?
Although support really helped us, it took a little while for them to respond. It took a while for even the commercial team to get in touch when we expressed our desire to start using the platform. This is also a point, to test you need to wait for a response from them, there is no demo version available on the website.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We started using the tool and soon noticed good results. The availability of numerous communication channels meant that our team found the target audience in numerous different locations.

As Braze expands, previously free features are transitioning to paid models, and data limits are becoming more restrictive. This evolution may pose challenges for smaller and mid-size companies, potentially impacting the tool's overall agility.

I like best about Braze is its ability to automatically send messages to users based on their actions or specific events. This feature makes marketing easier and ensures that users receive messages at the right time for them.

I dislike that using Braze might become costly for businesses with a substantial amount of customer information because storing all that data on the platform can get expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes, doing marketing tasks by hand takes a lot of time, and things can get delayed. But with Braze, it can automatically do some marketing tasks when users do certain things. This helps make marketing easier and ensures that users get the right messages at the right time without needing someone to do it manually.

What do you like best about the product?
Braze has some very useful features for sending push/emails/in-app-messages to users. I love that once data has been sent to braze, our non-engineering teammates are able to set up the campaigns and canvasses without needing engineering intervention. It's saved us a lot of time compared to the old solution of engineers needing to be involved in every push/in-app-message!
What do you dislike about the product?
Initial implementation can be complicated, and learning to use canvasses and campaigns can be confusing until you get the hang of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an engineer, I can save a lot of time by not needing to be involved in the marketing messages to our users anymore.
