What do you like best about the product?
I like best about Braze is its ability to automatically send messages to users based on their actions or specific events. This feature makes marketing easier and ensures that users receive messages at the right time for them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that using Braze might become costly for businesses with a substantial amount of customer information because storing all that data on the platform can get expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes, doing marketing tasks by hand takes a lot of time, and things can get delayed. But with Braze, it can automatically do some marketing tasks when users do certain things. This helps make marketing easier and ensures that users get the right messages at the right time without needing someone to do it manually.

What do you like best about the product?
Braze has some very useful features for sending push/emails/in-app-messages to users. I love that once data has been sent to braze, our non-engineering teammates are able to set up the campaigns and canvasses without needing engineering intervention. It's saved us a lot of time compared to the old solution of engineers needing to be involved in every push/in-app-message!
What do you dislike about the product?
Initial implementation can be complicated, and learning to use canvasses and campaigns can be confusing until you get the hang of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an engineer, I can save a lot of time by not needing to be involved in the marketing messages to our users anymore.

What do you like best about the product?
Flow of the drip canvas and all the many possibilities to set up automation for large promotions sending down many channels over an extended period of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Silly but I wish you could highlight a portion of each canvas step without moving the step to a different location on the canvas grid.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization of sends, automation, setting up complex cobwebs of drip campaigns. I have been especially thankful for the last thing mentioned lately as we have had many loyalty promos that run over an extended period of time with many incremental emails, content cards, and app push notifications. It has been great to utilize the action paths, and audience paths within the journey as well. The options are endless and it is way cool!

What do you like best about the product?
The segmentation feature is quite amazing, it gives the user the chance to personalize as much as possible.
Analytics feature for creating reports is really good
What do you dislike about the product?
The new UI refresh rate is a little on a higher side which affects campaign creation
The new UI for canvases have changed the validation and forwarding feature a bit complex
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze helps in solving the personalization issue for us, either by using attribtes or API or liquid content

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's very immediate to understand, and that you feel supported by its team if you were to ask for further clarifications. I like its implementations, and its numerous features, and integrations that help everyone do their job in the best way possible. I use braze on a daily basis, and it's always very fast, even when heavy projects are on the website.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be more clear in the html structure
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's definitely reducing stress and hustle!

What do you like best about the product?
- Clean and user friendly interface
- Easy to use personalisation
- Strong tools for marketing as well as operational blasts.
- Used frequently to send ops emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
- No real issues with it, could be slightly faster at times.
- Small minor issue on why sometimes number of users doesnt match list uploaded.

Braze excels at managing marketing and service communications across various platforms, including in-app messages, push notifications, SMS, emails, and web messages.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting and dashboard capabilities within the Braze platform are currently quite limited and challenging to customize.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating our marketing campaigns and the segmentation of our users based on their behaviour. By getting clear segmentation, we could target each segment with specific campaigns or specific communication.

What do you like best about the product?
User friendly great for CRM beginners, really good online training too
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont really dislike much. um maybe would be good to be able to 'copy' canvases from 'test' environemnt to 'prod'
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CRM journeys, email creation, push, IAM
We can easily set up campaigns and edit existing campaigns
Easy to see and understand journeys that have been set up by others
good basic reporting to help with future improvements
we have a customer success manager too - who is very helpful for general CRM advice too.
