What do you like best about the product?
The platform makes viewing and downloading data for our strategic projects easy. The provider success team is helpful and responsive when questions arise, or feedback is given.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the platform has issues. However, these issues are fixed promptly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clarify helps our strategy teams with market share analyses for high-priority services. Clarify solves our issues with various state data sources and their inconsistent timeframes and structures. Makes performing network analyses easy.

Internal analysis builder/bulk extract allows for quick ability to download and utilize data for any use case

Product documentation could be improved. Product development not always led by experienced healthcare experts.

Ability to better understand marketplace, consumer behavior, and tying market information to quality improvements for overall network and strategy management

Learning curve understanding all the detailed elements such as claim types, DRGs, etc if not yourexpertise.

Simple, easy-to-use program and model to make payment methods easy for patients and companies using the product. Thank you for simplifying to increase friendly user ability.

Nothing honestly. This has been a great tool. Possibly the price. But if you want a good product you have to pay for it. That's fair in my opinion.

Solves the difficulties that sometimes come along with having patients pay for their healthcare.

Clarify's platform gives us a lens into how we perform in comparison to other nationally recognized organizations. Typical metrics that are found online focus heavily on the Medicare population. Clarify combines both Medicare and Commercial claims to tell a better and more compelling story. The support team is very responsive, friendly and knowledgeable.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to further develop the capabilities and functionality of the current spotlight dashboards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clarify Health helps us compare our organizations with others in our region. It also allows us to further evaluate the performance of physicians who we want to partner with.

Clarify is limited by the data. They do what they can to improve their offering but are reliant on outside data sources

Clarify Health is improving our knowledge of the markets, and competition and helping our team improve our targeting of top customers. This information has been very important to focus our efforts and reduce costs on non-productive actions

The presentation of the data leaves you with additional questions and is slow to produce.

They are solving the issue of identifying physicians with the greatest amounts of quality and efficiency in a market to utilize in development discussions.

What do you like best about the product?
The team at Clarify Health has all the right bench strength in place to ensure the products are actually usable by the intended audience. As simple as that seems, it isn't common. They understand all the clinical, financial, and operational information providers need to access in order to be successful in value-based care. This is huge. Many similar companies lack the full scope of understanding to make tools useful and important.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, they let perfect get in the way of good enough. Not necessarily a terrible thing, but when it delays the release of data, it can appear as though there is a significant problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping primary care providers see where their patients are going when they aren't going to them; helping the health plan see which providers are effective at coordinating care and which specialists perform better against other specialists. By doing all these things, we are able to direct patients to better, more appropriate care that ultimately improves outcomes and reduces cost.

Know the use cases you are trying to solve for, otherwise the data can become overwhelming at first.
