Using Pulse for Kafka Monitoring
What do you like best about the product?
1. High visibility of cluster level configs.
2. Alerts for all the micro-services
3. Kafka monitoring for brokers and topics
4. we are using the ADOC for monitoring the recomondations on snowflake
5. Also able to check the old tales by using ADOC

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now, need new featurs from Pulse and ADOC.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Snowflake environment monitoring using ADOC.
2. Using Pulse for monitoring kafka clusters.
3. Ease of monitoring of HDFS service
4. Can create custom dashboards for hdfs small files, which helps in reduction in high block count.

Platform Observability
What do you like best about the product?
Acceldata - Pulse : A product meant for multi-dimensional platform observability is an unique offering to govern the vast on-prem landscape (which is still in high demand for several cyber security & cost aspects) for one of our large telco customers.
POV till implementation and demonstrate value in just few weeks. It's a great tool to leverage on day to day basis to enable zero touch operations, monitor data usage and performance tuning.
Equally, their customer success team is as good as their product to stay nimble and jump into action as needed.

What do you dislike about the product?
New feature roll out and Roadmap takes slightly longer time to get to real production use (Likes of self-healing and auto-ticketing using Pulse).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Efficient data observability tool - Acceldata
What do you like best about the product?
We have been using Acceldata to cater needs for efficiently handling data quality issues. Acceldata makes data exploration really easy. It is easy to use tool and has good performance. It can be integrated with differnent ecosystems easily and implementaion is also simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
For Data quality issues would like Acceldata to have transformations in place to correct the data as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using power of Acceldata for our data quality issues. Its integration is simple and we are able to identify various data quality issues quite easily.
One Thing which comes first is Acceldata - an alternative to Cloudera.
What do you like best about the product?
1) The Customer Support provided by Acceldata has been exceptional. Their team is always responsive and helpful whenever we encounter any issues or have questions.
2) This level of support has definitely made our experience with the product much smoother.
3) In terms of Ease of Integration, I have found that the Acceldata Product Pulse is very user-friendly and integrates seamlessly with our existing systems.
4) The setup process was straightforward, and we were able to start using the product without any major hiccups.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such but we're really looking forward to getting our hands on ODP and seeing how it can benefit our team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1) Acceldata platform Pulse and ADOC that we have been using for Snowflake governance, Hadoop Platform and big data workflows. Overall, our experience with the platform has been positive.
2) The features and functionality have been meeting our needs effectively, and we have seen improvements in our data workflows and job management since implementing Acceldata. The user interface is user-friendly and easy to navigate, which has helped streamline our processes.

Complecity for beginners and Customizations for individual use case.

What do you like best about the product?
Acceldata provides a strong technology stack with highly efficient compute for complex scenarios. It provides a good offering of out of the box integrations and more coming soon. Their customer support is quick to address any questions and the representatives are always quite knowledgable in the area.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Acceldata's underlying technical data processing and analysis is great, there is some room for improvement on the reporting components. I am looking forward to some new features in this area.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acceldata helps us identify issues with data quality and freshness. We have implemented our solutions on priority datasets so we can quickly address issues as well as improve our overal data reliability for end-users.

Sometimes a single issue requires different peoples from support that makes the process slow .
