The best team to work with!

What do you like best about the product?
Everyone at the company is a joy to work with, from sales to customer support they have been incredible at helping us get our assessments launched! The quality of the signal we have been getting through their tests has been spot on and has really helped us identify the right candidates without relying on resumes too much or using too much of our engineering time. Last but not least they've been very attentive to our requests and needs throughout the engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even though you could create your own multiple choice questions on non-technical topics such as Salesforce or excel assessments, they don't have pre-built templates for these use-cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Finding great technical talent especially in talent pools where resumes aren't a good indicator.
2. Saving engineering and recruiting time spent on non-qualified candidates.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Having professionally designed tests makes a world of difference!

What do you like best about the product?
I like codefights because they bring a subset of competitive thinking into coding. In comparison to other learning I've tried they make a great effort in making things easier to understand and pushing towards a common goal. CodeSignal is great because of this.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how much emphasis is put into competitively completing material rather than making sure understanding of each topic is thoroughly understood.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
