What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the wide range of customization options provided by IBM watsonx Assistant. Once you get over the first lesson, its powerful features make it an excellent automation tool. AI can be powerful, and it’s a key component of managing customer interactions and internal processes. The ability to interface with different platforms is also a key advantage, allowing for flexibility in implementation across tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
The steep and challenging learning curve can be a bit frustrating in the early stages. Although the platform has many features, some technical skills are required to use it effectively. For some platforms, the integration process can be tedious, requiring additional workflows for smooth operation. Additionally, although customer support, while helpful, can be slow and extensive, especially for new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IBM watsonx Assistant helps solve the problem of managing a high volume of customer inquiries by automating responses to FAQs and support requests. This reduces the need for repeated manual operations and improves efficiency. It also helps in qualifying leadership by handling priority customer interactions, and saves my team time to focus on complex projects. The ability of AI to connect with other systems and streamline operations has increased productivity and improved customer satisfaction, enabling us to scale our operations.

It's NLP and the wai it processes and understands the queries.

The integration part of this is a bit complcated.

What do you like best about the product?
Watson assistant is generally a AI tool or you can chat botwhich gives a kind of customer support who don't want to talk to customer case executives. It is fast and mostly times gives accurate result
What do you dislike about the product?
dislike about watson assistant is afterall it's an AI, machine thing. One coule not get a feel of real customer support because at times AI fails and give vauge results
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
by implementing this we can get lesser customer cases and if we got a case we can see agent assistance which help us immediately give customer a solution
