  • February 28, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
- support for Jira
- features flags support
- A/B testing
- good pricing
- support for grouping users
- lots of support for enviroments and configurations
- good support auditing with required change descriptions
What do you dislike about the product?
- UI was clunky and not always easy to follow
- adding users was manual (no way to see users who have hit Split already to add to a group)
- cant enforce MFA
- support wasn't super helpful when trying to setup Datadog integration (we are using Datadog's Japan instance, which is relatively new)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Needed feature flags to gate features in production
