Easy-to-deploy CRM

What do you like best about the product?
It was easy to configure the user interface and upload my work. Monday CRM is a solution that does not require any previous experience to start using it, any user feels comfortable within the application. You have a complete overview of the projects and the graphics help a lot to know their status.
What do you dislike about the product?
To access the 250+ pre-configured integrations that Monday has, you have to go for the expensive plans. Integrations are not allowed in the most basic plans. The only thing you can do is contact Monday's sales team and negotiate a custom plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Satisfied customers equal more sales. To maintain the reputation of the agency, it is necessary to maintain healthy relationships with our clients. This requires constant and prompt attention to their complaints and requests. Monday CRM helps us coordinate effectively to ensure a satisfactory response to our clients.

What do you like best about the product?
It quickly adapted to my daily routine, the integrations programmed by Monday worked correctly from day one. Going through the process of connecting with my other applications was simple and took only a few minutes. Monday CRM is a market-leading app that I can trust will not have security breaches. So adding my personal applications was an easy decision for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
As every application has its ups and downs, there are times during the day when it feels a little slower. It's frustrating when charts don't load and I can't access customer information. However, I should clarify that this doesn't happen often, and Monday CRM works fine 99.9% of the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves time to have updates on daily operations on a single platform. This way I avoid forgetting things and making a bad impression on clients.

What do you like best about the product?
Maintaining my business relationships is an important part of my job. Monday CRM helps me keep track of customer requests. In terms of usability, the platform has proven to present no challenges for new users. In addition, permission management is clear and transparent.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does what it promises, and I know it's unfair to complain about this point, but given the high competition in the CRM market, Monday's prices are a bit high, especially considering that other CRM solutions offer many more features. I think the market that Monday is targeting with this solution is companies that want easy solutions for their employees.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to put my daily priorities in order, to sync with my team and to give the best treatment to the clients. It has the tools I need to manage the sales flow, I also have a huge range of integrations ready for me, which I use to get more benefit from my investment. In addition, as I mentioned before, it is an easy-to-implement tool.

What do you like best about the product?
It integrates with a wide variety of apps. Plus, it's very easy to install the extensions - it takes just a couple of minutes. It's a very easy-to-use work tool that my clients feel comfortable using while we review their projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is a bit prohibitive as you increase the number of users per month. However, in our agency we have found a balance that suits us financially speaking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday CRM has more than 200 integrations already available and ready to install. This makes it easier for the tools used by our clients to already be available on the platform for quick integration. This way we speed up customer service, listen to their concerns and carry out our work quickly and easily.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the usability that Monday has, and additionally, how one is on the basis of their organization, requirements etc., is able to curate the CTA buttons!
What do you dislike about the product?
When I used Monday for automations about 5 months ago for a different project, sometimes It would remove and delete the inputs that I had built out there and I'd have to dig through the deleted and archived boards to find my data there, also, would be more user friendly if there was a way to undo the deletion of something on monday!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automations, social-media management and project management!

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoyed implementing a uniform workflow for my graphic design team to produce marketing assets. They found it easy to track there work and submit assets for review.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every company/organization uses a different CRM, but knowledge of Monday CRM still provides a base line for adapting to other interfaces if needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday CRM helps us track the performance of our marketing materials across thousands of organization members, allowing us to improve our targeted messaging over time.

Monday CRM has improved my productivity

What do you like best about the product?
I used several functions of Monday CRM, but the one I like the most are the custom dashboards to manage the organizations project, I love the way the interface facilitates the addition and customization of elements, this help us a lot whenever we have to adjust timelines, resources, or switch the priority between projects; also the kanban board feature is amazing, we use it combine with Scrum for our monthly sprints.
What do you dislike about the product?
In some cases, I have experienced problems when assigning roles and permissions for specifics dashboards, there is always a delay or it requires to complete the task multiple times until it works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficiency, we have improve our processes since we use Monday
