What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce sales cloud is helpful for me in my education time for doing assignment of cloud computing in Salesforce.
Best platform and great application
What do you dislike about the product?
They have limited free access 30 days only.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helpful for solving some problems and also developing different fileds applications.

The ability to use the features of Salesforce to customize any aspect to tailor the sales process to fit your business

Sales can be complex and there are some limits that can be reached easily in a big implementation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving being the source of truth. You can use it on any device and it is reliable enough so no users are logging interactions, etc outside of the tool.
