What do you like best about the product?
We love how we can easily automate general ourtreach to a list of relevant prospects with the workflow feature. Also, being able to research a company or contact in such great detail in one place is so nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I feel like it is hard to find out at a glance if the contact is in a particular workflow or salesflow, and where they are in either of those. Especially if I am trying to determine which email was last sent, or coming up next. It may list it, but I would love to be able to cllick on it and be taken to the email or template to refresh myself about exactly what they have just received and are going to soon receive. Maybe that is a review for Engage instead of Sales OS...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo solves the problem of spending most of my prospecting time trying to qualify a prospect and find relevant contacts only to be able to send an InMail on LinkedIn instead of an email or call. Zoominfo provides a much better chance of actually making contact by listing email addresses and phone numbers. We also get in front of a lot more people that we have in the past by setting up automated emails to relevant companies and contacts that we can tell ZoomInfo to look for. It saves us a lot of time and gives us great information.

What do you like best about the product?
Contact info is current and most accurate. Support is awesome and patience. Consolidates market info on the company and easily integrates into my day to day. Its very easy to use and I haven't found anything else with near the features and accuracy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the Contact info would be at the top on every screen so it's easier to get back to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can easily find the proper contacts for prospecting, saving me time and increasing contact.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo Sales has been helpful to fill in missing information from leads retrieved from tradeshows/conferences. It's also been great to use intent searches to find our ideal clients as well as some new ones. The implementation process was wonderful with step-by-step instructions and detailed meetings & ZoomInfo integrated into our CRM seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
ZoomInfo Sales can be quite overwhelming with so many options available but it is easy to use once shown around. Our team has thankfully had great support by ZoomInfo to help us figure out our use cases, but we still have a lot to learn. We currently log in once a month to do intent searches, but hoping touse it more frequently once we get more comfortable with the tool and know exactly how we want to use the information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo Sales has been able to help fill in missing information from leads we collect at tradeshows & it's also helped narrow down our ideal client profile.

What do you like best about the product?
The intent function, by far, is my favorite feature within ZI. Not saying it won't pick up on the occasional free wifi ping, so beware that Joe's Buger Bistro is probably not ready for a million dollar investment into their IT space, but with a bit of sifting and refining you can have a great leads list at your fingertips. It's really easy to use and if you do have problems, the customer support is awesome. Better yet, once you've refined your data set, it integrates (with a little mapping help) really nice with multiple CRMs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The feed section is a bit clunky for me, takes a while to update, and I usually have to reset my settings whenever I log in. That said, I don't spend much time there anyway because I don't need another distraction that would have me scrolling when the search function is on point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding the correct contacts is significantly easier with ZI than any other tool I've used. Additionally the amount of information on the company all in one place makes my blue sheet upload near perfect with a few clicks.

What do you like best about the product?
it has helped me do my job faster and quicker, multiple click on the contacts and copy it in the excel with linkedin url, supported me doing cold calling faster

sometime the revenue fields are wrong, rest it's great

What do you like best about the product?
its usefulness in identifying intent and generating leads, but there are mixed feelings about the support and the product’s performance in certain areas
appreciate its contact discovery capabilities and the integration between its database and engagement tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
i have been liking everything about zooninfo so far

with outdated phone numbers of the contacts !!

What do you like best about the product?
The layout of the business info and biferaction of data. I love the similar companies as we look up our existing customers and attempt to find companies like them to target.
What do you dislike about the product?
The intent platform is a little clunky. I want to be able to view my intent signals and then choose 'x' number of companies that I want to see the employees that match my buyer personas and choose which to export to my CRM. Today, when I choose those companies and click 'Open Search' or 'Export' it loses the chosen companies and shows me every employee for every company that's displayed in my intent signal, which is obviously unhelpful as it's usually thousands of people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Significantly cutting down on the time it takes to find the 'who' in an organization in which we need to target -- the decision-makers.

What do you like best about the product?
The mobile numbers are on point as well as general information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly cannot think of any other than the light language barrier of customer support which I assume is in India.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing to me to connect with the appropriate people within an organaization. The fact that I do not have to go throuhg gate keepers or snoop aroud for infromation, saving tons of time and effort.

What do you like best about the product?
The ZoomInfo UI is user friendly, the data is up to date and administration of the tool is inherently uncomplicated. Browsing through the data is effortless, creating jobs follows general logical patterns and pulling reports is an efficient way to get information. Customer support is excellent, same day responses and quick resolution of issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
When location settings are greyed out. This is the only downside i have run across.

Account data management and hygiene. This helps with territory assignment to our reps which is an essential step in acquiring and retaining customers
