Great solution to connect private clouds to public clous using SD-WAN

  • August 17, 2024
  • Review verified by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The implementation team at CloudConnexa was a cut above. They were able to precisely guide me in configuration of IPSEC VPN tunnels using Unifi gateways. The system has continued working very well, providing reliable inter-cloud connectivity using SD-WAN.

We use this daily in Production right now and feel comfortable depending on the customer support team for help. The system was very easy to integrate into our existing infrastructure. The dashboard is very easy to use and intuitive, with an ever growing number of features.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike. I am happy with the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting disparate clouds and systems together with VPN tunneling.

What do you like best about the product?
Getting started is super easy and with a few clicks you can provide your employess access to company ressources from the internet.
What do you dislike about the product?
The license model could be a bit more granular.
Licenses are starting in a package of 5 licenses. If you need more you need to purchase at least 10.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us with remote access to internal company ressources. Key benefit is the possibility to connect your own SSO services so that users can use their company login cor CloudConnexa.

It’s a good product, but lacks of good documentation

  • August 15, 2024
  • Review verified by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The networks you can create which gives you access to multiple AWS accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The documentation is lack of information on how to configure your AWS networks, needs further research.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can access my AWS resources directly since I'm within their VPC. There's no need for security groups that grant access based on IP addresses.

Connexa works, if you're willing to do the work

  • August 15, 2024
  • Review verified by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Once you have everything set up within CloudConnexa, it works beautifully.
What do you dislike about the product?
You need to make sure you're ready to do some configuration, and your network administrators need to be on hand with a working knowledge of the environment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company is 90% remote, so almost every user is on CloudConnexa at some level. Unlike other providers, our users have seen very little speed or service interruptions while on the VPN.

Administrative Peace of Mind

  • August 15, 2024
  • Review verified by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most is that every time the VPN is activated, the user must authenticate through Single Sign-On (SSO). This enables us to link all our critical systems to the VPN, and if necessary, we can easily revoke access by deactivating the user’s main account using the SSO.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it frustrating that it randomly requires reauthentication throughout the day, which opens my browser and disrupts my work. I wish it could handle this silently in the background.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We want to ensure that access to our critical systems is only allowed when the user is connected to the VPN, so we can restrict it to a specific IP address.
