It's the most stable solution for batching requests
What do you like best about the product?
Stability. Other solutions like Alchemy and Infura less stable. It seems like other solutions don't really support high requests usage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Price is high if you don't pay attention on how many requets you send. But that's normal for all other products as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Be able to query smart contracts functions + real time updates on new blocks (timestamp, block-number).

I like that the response time was much much quicker. It is easy to register and get going as well.nothing negative to say!

As with any technology platform, the learning curve at the beginning. But with the documentation and guides they provide, everything will be good. Also, there are more resources for learning.

They provided us the ability to develop and deploy some of our coming blockchain applications by providing a simple and user-friendly platform that offers APIs, powerful tools, and analytics. We work on QuickNode Token API that allows integrating token data into our future dApps.
