What do you like best about the product?
The user-friendly interphase, Absorb Create allowed us to build our courses from scratch but in a very efficient and quick way. Visually it is best to know how courses are going to look at the end through each step with take.
What do you dislike about the product?
That it does not have an option to build videos with AI
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A way of centralizing our syllabus, course teaching, homework, reporting, tracking, etc

What do you like best about the product?
The UI and UX, also the implementation team a Customer support. They'll guide you through until you are ready to fly on your own.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would like just a couple more options on quizzes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to introduce audios automatically. In English learning environments, this is key.

We are using Absorb for our external users database (20k users) to manage the course content as part of our business requirements.

What do you like best about the product?
We vetted several LMS systems and Absorb came out on top! What I love most about Absorb is how user-friendly it is. The ability to navigate flawlessly through the system, and not have to dig through FAQs has been amazing. Whenever I encounter any issues the customer service team is fast, efficient, and professional; I am not waiting days for a response, they show urgency in resolving the issue. Our staff has been raving about how easy the system is to use, and love the upgrade from our previous LMS provider. I love that Absorb continuously makes upgrades and changes to meet the needs of its customers. The implementation process was smooth and easy, due to Absorb doing the heavy lifting for us. We were confident that all of the information that we needed to be pulled over would be available to our staff and it was! We utilize this system daily and have little to no issues from the admin and user end.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are downsides to all LMS systems as they don't always 100% meet your needs, however, the downsides are very minimal and workarounds have been developed to give us what we need. So I would say there are none! Keep being amazing Absorb!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing us to not have to manually track trainings, and keep us in compliance avoiding fines.

What do you like best about the product?
Aborb LMS is very easy to use and provides a great user experience to our partners. Offering branding capabilties, we easily customized our internal and external facing instances. Great feedback received from our customers: easy to retrieve and access online trainings and completed the certification exams. On the administrator side, again very easy to use and multiple features which help us easily manage it from user creation, enrollments to reports. Last but not least awesome support & guidance from the CSM and Account Management team. We are using this LMS since 2020 and are very happy with our experience so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe more options for the question types to be used in assessments standalone (I know this is possible with Absorb Create) and some workflows for user accounts creation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us address all our partners with our product online trainings, certification exams and manage their overall certifications achievements according to our business needs.

What do you like best about the product?
Absorb can manage/host the system side of things so it goves you the time to upload the content and manage the user side of the system. Can be up and running within a week or two. Interface nice to use and has lots of features stanard out of the box. The standard setup covered all my initial needs. Then further down the line i may look at e-commerce capability and SSO integration with enhanced reporting capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no downsides yet. Only using teh system for 2 months. Maybe the online help can be a bit better. I seem to search quite a bit for certain information. Also there are various ways of hosting material and sometimes it takes me a momenet to work out what is teh best way for me to do something or share something on the LMS.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to provide training on a platform, measure and monitor the use of the training and track users on their learning journeys

What do you like best about the product?
Everything. Ease of use. Intuitive. ALL contacts we encountered were extremely pleasant to work with. They made our agressive timeline very manageable, allowing an efficient integration and implementation. I wish Don and Jennifer could be cloned and hired at all of our software vendors.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not anything I can think of that I dislike at this present time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a very antiquated lms prior to purchasing Absorb. We are now capable of giving our clients current technology LMS solutions. The ease of course management is essential in our operations and Absorb delivers. The e-commerce capability improved productivity across our entire company.

Great Product and Great Support

What do you like best about the product?
The Absorb product has fulfilled 90% of our needs. Thy have been very receptive to product improvement requests, and seem to be headed in a great direction. From our implementation several years ago up until today, we have always had a knowledgeable and experience support team. I have never once come across an issue that has not been addressed or added to a future feature list. We chose Absorb because of the breadth and depth of its features and continue to utilize it because they continue to add solutions that improve the way we administer the system and the way our users utilize he system.

Administration of the system is easy, and integration of our historical data into the Absorb LMS was pretty effortless. The system has allowed us to provide a holistic view of our training activities across 9 different subsidiary companies in one holistic view. We have had no serious downtime, and any downtime has not been related to the frequency or volume of our LMS use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still some missing features that would be helpful, but I am confident they will be added in the future. Additionally some of the new features felt incomplete when released, but based on user feedback they quickly resolved the issues that created that perception.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Utilization of Absorb LMS has allowed us to consolidate and track learning for our Corporate Entity and 9 subsidiary entities. In addition we are able to track outside training through the LMS giving us a holistic view of the required and optional training that is being taken by our employees.

What do you like best about the product?
Complete reporting and smart dashboards. Customer support is excellent and ease of integartion is spot on
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the admin interface can have too many bells and whistles which can be frustrating

Absorb is helping us bring every learning initiative under one banner helping us in better data and record extraction.

What do you like best about the product?
A dedicated CSM has been very valuable is helping us troubleshoot or work through alternative suggestions/solutions.
The Knowledge Base area is helpful and then if I can't find the answer Stephanie is always there to assist me.
I work in Create and find it very easy to work with and really like the Media section which allows me to reuse what I have uploaded.
Reports currently meet my needs and are easily customizable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some functionality such as the Discussion Boards are very limited.
Merging users and the funtionality for everything they have completed is not transfered in the merge such as leaderboard points.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The use of Forms - too early to tell as we will start to create and test soon.
Adding Zoom integration. This will save us time so that attendance will be located within Absorb and we don't have to manually check attendance.
Use of a Learning Object to link to an external survey to receive a certificate. Tested and it worked well, at this time we decicded to go another route.
