A very useful and flexible tool to manage.
What do you like best about the product?
I love this system because it provides me with simple and basic elements that are very good if we compare it with other systems. Being able to use applications directly is one of the things that I like very much.
The interface of this system is easy to use, where I can also use various forms of messages, in order to give a different meaning using the colors, this system is without doubt a great help for my business and I feel that it helps me a lot, it also allows you to see your work team make changes in real time, and much more.

What do you dislike about the product?
I think I can say that this system can be improved a little more, of course I do not say that I do not like it, but for example there are elements such as tables should be allowed to draw some lines both vertical and horizontal with the pen.
We have also realized that using templates from scratch can be a bit cumbersome. Unless you already have a clear idea of how you want to see things, without getting overwhelmed.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Undoubtedly using this application has been very beneficial for everyone in the company because it allows us to work anywhere we are remotely maintaining normal communication and understanding during the work.
This system is also very useful for writing down ideas and putting important notes. Using this system allows you to see anything and so get to guide your team in the best way possible and in a short time without trying to create slides or flowcharts.

Being able to test this system for a short period of time will be very rewarding, since you can see all the benefits that this system brings for your business. And if you know it, you know it's worth having it.

Touch whiteboard that facilitates team creation.
What do you like best about the product?
The tactile board that allows me to create, organize and design drawings add notes giving me basic tools of drawing, writing, online collaboration and communication with the team to edit or make creations, which I can share through link, email or social networks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free version offers all the tools, but only has a use time of 14 days.

It is a tactile online board that allows the team to collaboratively brainstorm on any project or design of the company.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple to use. Loads very fast. Easy to learn. Fast to start with your first template. Easy to share with others.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the key combos are not obvious. Tool tips on key combos would make it easier to learn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building Wardley maps for ourselves and for our startups. Improved clarity on our current state, and improved strategic next steps.

What do you like best about the product?
All type of content can be added, is displayed (not just a link) and can be related to each other.
What do you dislike about the product?
Businessmodel. You can use it for free creating as many teams for each project you need. Pay version will give you the option to combine all in 1 account though is very costly.

What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to collaborate; people get it right away. I love that you can insert documents, photos, and links. I love the colors and variety of tools and how easy it is to duplicate them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to create a board within a board (sometimes my boards get so long and convoluted)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
organizing ideas with clients--getting them inspired about projects that would normally be either boring or VERY hard to do remotely. I have mapped out whole marketing plans, visual brand diagrams, and so much more. It's very easy to be creative and invent new processes.

We use Realtimeboard for Biweekly Product Retrospectives
What do you like best about the product?
We like Realtimeboard because it is a collaborative tool and everyone can work on it at once and see others' answers or posts, so they can either 'like it" or "comment on it" to prevent duplicates if they agree. We also like how it helps to guide our retrospective meetings with a visual and can customize it to the way we need it. A few months ago, we changed the structure of our retro meetings, and were able to adjust the board to make it work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every week, we have to adjust the board to fit our needs. We need to duplicate a past week, and manually delete every post and then choose who to share it to. I wish there was one button that would allow us to duplicate & wipe content while still maintaining sharing permissions. Or, if we were to create a brand new board, would be ideal if there was a template we can make once and use over and over. Since we make a new board every 2 weeks consistently, it's annoying and tedious work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to better capture Engineering and Products' feedback and discuss it as a group. This has allowed us to adjust our sprint techniques, implement new tools or worfklows, and remove any habits that were making us less efficient. It has increased velocity for our team as well as morale and happiness.
We have also used Realtimeboard for a User Story Map for a brand new GUI we are creating as an internal Management tool. It has helped us plan out different aspects of the user journey however it is not the most helpful for this use case bc it is super manual to then translate this into a working prototype or into JIRA. I wish it has more integrations for this scenario,

Virtual Whiteboard - Real Time
What do you like best about the product?
Amazing up-time, true to MS reliability. Native web, or Desktop App.
What do you dislike about the product?
The application prefers keyboard shortcuts to mouse action. (i.e. Ctrl+C vs. Right mouse click -> copy)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Can you imagine the cost savings of having an Executive Leadership team collaborate in brainstorming a go-to-market strategy and developing the tactical milestones to cast the vision for the organization to bring it to life? No international flights, no executive hotels, no days lost in travel - All virtual and real time!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Extremely valuable communication tool for use in dispersed teams! Promotes an "everyone on the same page' environment. Where else can you find such a collaborative, media rich, office suite compatible communication tool?

It is convenient to store the entire project description in the form of diagrams in one place.
Anyone of your team members can make edits and discuss any details of the schemes in real time.
It is evident that the RealtimeBoard team really tried to make a quality product and they got it.
Separately, it is worth noting the system of familiarization with the capabilities of the board, it is gorgeous and intuitive.
I have been using this product for about two years now and have never had any failures or complaints about working with it.

There is not much structure to the data you add, other than visually.

What do you like best about the product?
It's free. You can add as much as you want to a single board with basically infinite space, all for free. The software is on any device! And actually works beautifully on the apps just as it does on desktop. The integrations and apps it works with is super convenient, especially if your work is already based on the web. I manage mobile apps and websites, the wireframes and screenshots are very nice! Being able to add my team to work in a board with me is crucial. Basically this is everything I have ever needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The templates and starting up from scratch can be a bit complicated. Unless you already have a visual idea of how you want things to look, you might get overwhelmed and end up with a messy board-space. TBH... I'm not a fan of the name realtimeboard ;)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work with a remote team, and we need to stay in constant communication and understanding of our projects. Realtimeboard allows us to accomplish our goals as if we were working on them in-person.

You need to try it! Take some time to visualize how you want to keep track of things and then dive in!
