What do you like best about the product?
The ability to collect all the necessary content in one place, to make complex large schemes, to demonstrate in real time to other people the schematization of my thoughts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Video calling is available only on group accounts. Very few Cyrillic fonts
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fixation and storage of the results of the project work. Sharing for other people. Creating collections of materials on various topics in the framework of educational modules
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try the trial period and you will not be able to refuse from this tool! Start with training tips, immediately try working on the same board within the team - you will see how easy and convenient it is!

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, super customizable, my team loved it! I've used this tool as a virtual sales board, for funnel management, creating decks and sales enablement, and now a roadmap for product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a lot, I wish I was better at using it because I feel like there are a lot of tricks and tips I am missing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better communication, team collaboration, and better sales enablement decks

Great for synthesis work, synthesis sharing and remote collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I like the frames feature which lets you present your sticky notes and synthesis in digestible, presentational chunks. It is also super performant in the browser. It feels native.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly have not found something to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A way to digitize our design synthesis work after our physical synthesis and then share it easily with others. We will also export PDFs of this work and store those where relevant in our file system.
Best collaboration tool I've ever used
What do you like best about the product?
This is hands down the best collaboration tool I've ever used. As someone who almost exclusively works virtually, it's amazing to find something so intuitive and easy to use that solves a myriad of use cases. Whether working on iteration planning, project management, roadmapping, or flowcharting - real time board solves all of those use cases and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much available in the way of metrics or project tracking, but I wouldn't expect this use case to be filled with this product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Real time collaboration with remote employees.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
I've only been using the trial account as my enterprise has committed to using the Microsoft eco system. In every way, I've found this tool to be superior for remote collaboration on projects of ever type. Nothing compares.

What do you like best about the product?
I can't function without Realtimeboard, I use it every day. I have my inspiration photos, quick links to the main sites I use for work. I just love it!

There is nothing to dislike, I'm happy with this product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More like a life problem solving on my side. I needed a visual board that I can tweak easily and I love that it's portable (I can open it back in my desktop or laptop).

It would be nice to have layers...ie the ability to put things on layers that could then be toggled on/off.

That the Jira integration only works with Jira Cloud and not Jira Server.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a way to close the distance between team members that are located in different places, home, other cities or countries. This is a great way to collaborate, but everyone needs a computer with realtimeboard, not only the participants who is not in the meeting room. That way you can work in one space, and continue at the next meeting.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the endless creative space that RealtimeBoard offers! It's easy to use and has great templates for those of us who are less visually/design inspired.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I'd change, but if you're someone who gets overwhelmed easily or can't organize info, than the massive 'zoom level' / amount of space you have to work with on a digital board might take some getting used to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it personally to jot ideas and notes for projects just for myself. It's also great for sharing complex ideas with others on your team. You can visualize anything and walk people through ideas in much less time than trying to create slides or something else.
Worked extremely well for a distributed team, felt as useful and collaborative as a physical board.
What do you like best about the product?
The coloured post-its look realistic and allow multiple contributors to be easily recognisable, or be used in other ways such as different meanings for different colours. People have asked me if screenshots we photos of a real whiteboard. The collaboration is excellent, you can see people making changes in real-time, including where their cursor is hovering.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a consultant I'm tempted by the paid consultancy license option, but the fixed price option is too restrictive and otherwise it needs to be tailor made. Would be nice to have an affordable fixed price version allowing one consultant to create boards for multiple companies, could be a great way to introduce the tool to multiple companies and contractors / consultants like myself move around...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Distributed Scrum team collaboration. We have good video conferencing, but being distributed made brainstorming sessions and retrospectives painful. Using this as a collaborative medium and alternative to the ever-useful physical whiteboard, allowed us to have some excellent collaborative sessions.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The free option is good enough for most cases, would definitely recommend a team license for heavy corporate users.

I dislike the lay out of the features at times.
